StreetWars.fr is a water gun elimination game platform. These Terms of Service govern the use of the website and participation in games organized by StreetWars.
Registration is free and by referral only. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity on their account.
Players must be at least 16 years old to participate (or have parental consent). They must provide their addresses and identification photos. The only weapon allowed is a water gun provided or approved by StreetWars.
Home, workplace, partner shops, public transport and all declared enclosed locations are protected zones where no elimination is possible. Any player violating these zones will be penalized.
Any dangerous, aggressive or disrespectful behavior is strictly prohibited. The Game Master may exclude a player at any time, without notice or refund. The Game Master's decisions are final and binding.
Points are earned by scanning partner QR codes. They can be used to obtain strategic in-game information. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred.
Collected data (name, addresses, photos) is used exclusively for game operations. It is not sold to third parties. In accordance with GDPR, users may at any time request access, rectification or deletion of their data by contacting contact@streetwars.fr.
The website, its content, source code and visuals are the exclusive property of StreetWars.fr. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited without prior written consent.
StreetWars.fr disclaims all liability for injury, property damage or disputes between players occurring during or in connection with a game. Participation is at the player's own risk.
StreetWars.fr reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified by email of any substantial changes. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
